I build seamless web experiences from scratch

Shuttlelane is an Airport Transfer, Car Rental, Priority Pass and Visa On Arrival booking web application. Leveraging the power of React.js, CSS, Tailwind CSS, and JavaScript, I built a user-friendly interface that simplifies the user's booking experience from start to finish. With Redux as the primary state management library and my Node.js REST API handling backend tasks, this web application ensures optimal performance and reliability. I made use of MongoDB as the backbone for efficient data storage and retrieval, guaranteeing swift access to essential travel information. To ensure seamless service, I deployed the application on a DigitalOcean server, providing users with uninterrupted access to their travel needs. I also implemented 3 dashboards (Admin, Driver and Vendor dashboards) on this project and 4 payment gateways (Stripe, PayStack, PayPal and Flutterwave) which in turn, gave my client the ability to receive payments and scale to other countries around the world. I faced a lot of roadblocks on this project which have not only made me a better developer but have also proven once again, my passion for building amazing stuff and problem-solving, offering users a hassle-free way to book their travels.
